Yes. We offer professionally installed theft deterrent systems designed to reduce equipment loss in high-traffic vacation rental environments.
When theft deterrents are installed by Crystal Coast Beachside Grills & Gear, theft-related losses are covered by CCBSGG. This provides additional protection and peace of mind for property owners and managers.

Normal wear and tear is covered under our annual grill management program.
However, the property owner or property manager is responsible for any damage caused by guests beyond normal use. This includes misuse, neglect, intentional damage, or excessive wear resulting from improper operation.
If damage occurs during a guest stay, we will repair or replace the grill promptly to keep your property guest-ready. Any repair or replacement costs related to guest-caused damage will be billed to the property owner or manager.
When Crystal Coast Beachside Grills & Gear installs approved theft deterrent systems, theft-related losses are covered by CCBSGG. If theft deterrents are not installed, the property owner or manager assumes responsibility for loss.
