Delivery to Topsail Island is also available, though a one-time delivery fee applies. Reserving your beach equipment is simple. You can book directly through our online reservation system or call our customer service team for personalized assistance. When placing your reservation, you’ll be asked to provide your rental dates, the equipment you’d like, and a valid credit card for payment. Our cancellation policy is straightforward: cancellations made 14 or more days before delivery receive a full refund; those made 8 to 13 days before delivery receive a 50% refund; and cancellations made 7 days or fewer before delivery are non-refundable. In the event of an official state of emergency, evacuation order, or other government-issued restriction that prevents delivery or use of your rental, we will provide a full refund or the option to reschedule your order at no additional cost. Please note that normal coastal weather conditions such as rain, wind, or heat do not qualify as grounds for cancellation or refund.

For your convenience, we provide complimentary delivery and pickup for all rental equipment directly to your cottage along the Crystal Coast. If you’d like even more ease, we also offer daily setup and takedown services at your preferred beach location for an additional fee. Simply select this option when making your reservation and let us know the specific beach and meeting spot. Our team will have your equipment ready before you arrive and collect it again at the end of your rental period.
