We proudly offer free delivery to Cedar Point, Atlantic Beach, Beaufort, Emerald Isle, Morehead City, Newport, Pine Knoll Shores, Salter Path, and Swansboro. Delivery to Topsail Island is also available, though a one-time delivery fee applies. If you need service outside these areas, just reach out—we’re happy to discuss options and do our best to accommodate your request.

Reserving your beach equipment is simple. You can book directly through our online reservation system or call our customer service team for personalized assistance. When placing your reservation, you will provide your rental dates, selected equipment, and a valid credit card for payment.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: cancellations made fourteen (14) or more calendar days before the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made between thirteen (13) and seven (7) calendar days before delivery will receive a 50% refund less a $25 processing fee. Cancellations made fewer than seven (7) calendar days before delivery are non-refundable.

In the event of a mandatory evacuation order or official government-issued restriction that prevents delivery or use of the rental equipment, refunds will be issued only for the specific rental dates directly impacted by the official order. Rental dates occurring outside the officially designated emergency period remain subject to the full rental rate. Customers may alternatively elect to reschedule affected rental dates, subject to availability.

Please note that normal coastal weather conditions, including rain, wind, heat, or temporary beach closures not subject to official evacuation orders, do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

If equipment is retrieved due to an official evacuation order, refunds apply only to the dates directly impacted by that order, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Normal coastal weather conditions such as rain or wind do not qualify for refunds.

For your convenience, we provide complimentary delivery and pickup for all rental equipment directly to your cottage along the Crystal Coast. If you’d like even more ease, we also offer daily setup and takedown services at your preferred beach location for an additional fee. Simply select this option when making your reservation and let us know the specific beach and meeting spot. Our team will have your equipment ready before you arrive and collect it again at the end of your rental period.
